Commercial Real Estate to Recover in 2017

According to Richard Parkus, head analyst of commercial mortgages for Deutsche Bank Secvurities, the US commercial real estate market will not see a recovery until 2017.    The analyst also believes that US commercial properties could see more than 50% depreciation from their peak levels in 2007.
