Seller-Doer / Manager:  We are currently working with two well-known consulting engineering firms located in the Northwest who are looking to hire local engineers who have experience working with municipalities on the design and management of water/wastewater projects, client contact, technical oversight and mentoring of less experienced engineers and designers, and marketing and business development.

The new hire must have an interest in growing their presence in the local market through exceptional client relations and by developing existing and new contacts.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a registered Professional Engineer.  Ability to lead and manage a group, along with the knowledge and experience to bring in business and network.

Water/Wastewater Project Manager:  Our client is a multi-disciplinary (A/E) employee-owned firm who has been in business for almost 100 years and is consistently rated amongst the ENR Top Engineering firms.  Due to growth, they are searching for a Project Manager for their Chicago office.

The position is responsible for overseeing projects in their water and wastewater group and will report to the Municipal Market Sector Leader. Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supervision and mentoring of less experienced designers and engineers; assisting in marketing and business development activities in the Chicago Region; client contact, coordination, and advocacy; project estimates, budgeting, scheduled, and reports.

The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of experience and a passion for the industry to the table; along with an IL Registration.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator:  Our client is a 200+ person consulting environmental and infrastructure engineering firm located in New England.  Currently they are searching for a Wastewater Operator for their Boston area offices. 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a wastewater grade 4M (or better) license.

Senior Design Associate (Landscape Architect):  Our client is an award winning landscape architecture firm located in San Francisco, CA.  Having been in business for over 15 years, they offer design services to residential, hospitality, educational, and corporate clients worldwide.

Currently they are searching for a Senior Design Associate for their San Francisco, CA office.  The new hire will be responsible for project management and quality control; presenting to, working with, and meeting clients; assess design staffing requirements for projects; coordinate with outside consultants’ supervision; mentoring of less experienced designers and landscape architects; marketing, business development, proposal generation, project estimating and budgeting. 

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of design and management experience with a variety of project types including estate residential.  Licensed in California is required.

Senior Wastewater Process Engineer:  Our client is a consulting engineering firm located in the Northeast who provides civil engineering, environmental consulting, water resources, wastewater engineering, and transportation engineering services to the commercial, institutional, industrial, governmental, and municipal market sectors.

The Senior Wastewater Process Engineer will be the lead in our clients efforts in growth of wastewater treatment facility planning, design, construction, and operational troubleshooting services.  The new hire will be responsible for the design, management, and growth of this group. 

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience with the design and management of wastewater process engineering projects, registered professional engineer, and have experience and knowledge with secondary treatment technology, biological nutrient removal (BNR), and treatment plant operational experience.

Senior Mechanical Project Manager:  Our client is a consulting mechanical engineering firm located north of Seattle, WA.  They offer HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and sustainable design to institutional and healthcare clients. 

The new hire will be responsible for project management, working with clients, technical engineering design and review, supervising and mentoring staff.  The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of mechanical engineering experience.

Vice President of Business Development:  Our client is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm who specializes in transportation engineering and facilities projects.  Currently they are looking to hire a Vice President of Business Development to oversee the company sales, business development, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience with transportation engineering in a consulting engineering firm.  The ability to develop client relationships, network, assess market opportunities, lead and manage less experienced staff is required.

MEP Team Leader:  Our client is a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Consulting Engineering firm located in Boston.  Currently, they are looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer to oversee the operations in their Boston office.  The new hire will be responsible for employee supervision and mentoring, managing the technical engineering design and review, as well as serve as a liaison to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of MEP experience and hold their Professional Engineering License.  Ability to lead and manage a group and office, along with the knowledge, experience, and ability to bring in business and network.

Structural Engineer:  Our client is a structural engineering firm located in the Washington D.C. area who is looking to hire a Structural Engineer.  The new hire will be responsible for project design and management, leading and mentoring structural engineers and structural designers, client contact.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with physical security, and restoration and rehabilitation projects.  Security clearance or the ability to obtain is a must.
